It is a privilege to be able to assist pet owners at this most difficult time. Our pet cremation services are available for all size dogs and cats, as well as birds, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and mice. We offer individual or communal cremation.
Most owners bring their pets directly in to our facility in Henderson, Auckland, however we also offer a home collection service, or we can collect from your vet clinic, by arrangement (an additional charge may apply for our collection service).
Our individual cremation gives you the choice of having your beloved pet’s ashes returned to you in either a blue cardboard box, or in a beautiful wooden box. Your pet's ashes will be available to collect from us within 3 business days (usually sooner). Our identification system ensures that the ashes returned are only those of your beloved pet.
Our communal cremation option is available for owners who do not wish to have their beloved pet’s ashes returned to them.
Your pet is always handled with the utmost dignity and respect.
Our cremators are for pets only, we do not incinerate clinical or other waste.

Individual Cremation
Your beloved pet is cremated individually, without any other pets in the cremator. Ashes are returned to you in your choice of either a cardboard or wooden ash box. We provide a signed cremation certificate and guarantee that the ashes you receive are only those of your beloved pet.

Communal Cremation – no ash return
This option is for owners who do not wish to have their pet's ashes returned but who want to know that their faithful companion has had a dignified departure. Your pet will be cremated alongside other beloved pets. Caring Cremations will be responsible for the final resting place of the ashes.
